Pleasure is amplified as all proceeds from each bike sold directly feeds our working revenue; enabling us to carry out our charitable purpose. For added peace of mind, every bike recondition is treated like a new bike; receiving a a free tune-up service after 6-8 weeks.

CUSTOM BUILD - £POC
Complete custom build to the client’s specification. Please contact us to arrange a meet-up over a coffee and talk about the bike that you have always wanted.
RECOMMENDED FOR THE BIKE AFFICIANADO
STRIP & REBUILD - £250
This service is a full strip down of a bike to a bare frame. It includes the following:
• Bike stripped to a bare frame, frame and fork cleaned and checked.
• Headset and bottom bracket are removed, their condition is checked, they are greased and refitted.
• Wheel hubs are disassembled, checked for damage, cleaned, greased and reassembled.
• Drivechain and brakes are degreased and serviced.
• Then the bike is serviced as per a general service and test ridden.
RECOMMENDED ANNUALLY TO EXTEND LONGEVITY OF EXPENSIVE CON PARTS
COMMUTER SERVICE - £90
This service is a partial strip down of a bike with the degreasing of parts. It includes the following:
•Drivechain and brakes are removed and thoroughly degreased in a stand-alone dedicated parts washer. This is
the best method of cleaning off all of the road dirt and grime, and is excellent at freeing up sticky parts.
•When clean, parts are lubricated as needed and refitted.
• The bottom bracket is removed and the frame threads cleaned and greased.
• The bike is then serviced as per a general service and test ridden.
RECOMMENDED FOR A CLEAN, SAFE & ENJOYABLE REGULAR COMMUTE
GENERAL SERVICE- £70
This is our most popular service. It includes the following:
• Wheels are trued, hubs are checked for play and adjusted if needed.
• Headset and bottom bracket are checked for play and adjusted if applicable.
• Gears are tuned and indexed, cabling and parts replaced as needed.
• Brakes are balanced and tightened, cabling and pads are replaced as needed.
• Nuts and bolts are checked such as crank, stem and handlebar clamp.
• Tyres are inflated, drivechain is lubricated and the bike is cleaned and test ridden.
RECOMMENDED FOR EVERY BIKE AT LEAST EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR A SMOOTH RIDE
SINGLE SPEED SERVICE - £60
This service is for single speed and fixed wheel bikes. It includes the following:
• Drivechain is stripped and degreased.
• Bottom bracket is removed, frame threads are cleaned and degreased.
• The bike is then serviced as per a general service, without the setting up of gears and test ridden.
RECOMMENDED FOR SINGLE SPEED, FIXIE AND TRACK BIKES
BASIC SERVICE- £50
The basic service is a tune up of a bike. It includes the following:
• Headset, bottom bracket and cranks checked.
• Gears and brakes tuned and adjusted as necessary.
• Wheels checked for true, hubs checked for play.
• Nuts and bolts checked, chain lightly oiled, tyres inflated and bike test ridden
RECOMMENDED LITTLE AND OFTEN. A QUICK TUNE UP BEFORE A PLANNED RIDE
OUT-OF-BOX BUILD - £50
This is essentially the assembly of a new bike with a light basic service.
• Components such as handlebars and stem etc fitted.
• Gears and brakes tuned and adjusted as necessary.
• Wheels installed and tightened.
•Nuts and bolts checked, chain lightly oiled if needed, tyres inflated and test ridden.
•£10 premium for bikes arriving in the box.
RECOMMENDED FOR NEW BIKES REQUIRING ASSEMBLY PLUS INITIAL SERVICE
PRE-RACE SERVICE- £35
A quick but comprehensive service to ensure your bike is at its best.
• Gears and brakes checked and adjusted,.
• Full bolt check.
• Tyres inflated, drivechain lubricated and test ridden.
Available while you wait.
RECOMMENDED FOR PEACE OF MIND, BEING COMPETITIVE OR TAKING ON A STRAVA SEGMENT
HEADSET SERVICE - £30
The headset will be removed, cleaned and inspected for damage and wear. The headtube of the frame and the
steerer tube of the fork will also be cleaned and checked. The headset will be refitted and the cups and bearings
will be greased. The headset will be adjusted accordingly.
HEADSET FITTING - £35
Includes frame preparation as needed. Grease will be applied to the bearings and the headset will be adjusted.
An expander plug or star nut will be fitted to the steerer tube.
FORK FITTING - £40
As above but with the additional work of cutting down the steerer tube.
BOTTOM BRACKET SERVICE - £35
The bottom bracket will be removed and cleaned and the frame threads or bearing surfaces will be cleaned and
greased. Open cup and ball bottom brackets will have new ball bearings fitted.
BOTTOM BRACKET FIT - £20
Includes cleaning the frame threads or bottom bracket shell if press fit. Shell will be faced if necessary. Bearings
will be greased and the bottom bracket will be adjusted if applicable.
HUB SERVICE - £25 (FRONT) £30 (REAR)
The hub will be dismantled and cleaned along with the cone nuts and axle. Bearings will be cleaned or replaced.
The hub will be reassembled with fresh grease.
BRAKE SERVICE - £25
Both brakes will be balanced and tightened. Braking surfaces on the rims will be cleaned and degreased, and
brake pads will be checked and replaced if needed. Cabling will be lubricated as needed or replaced.
BRAKE PAD FIT - £10 (EACH BRAKE)
The fitting of new brake pads. Unlike a brake service, the labour doesn’t include fitting or lubricating cables, or the
cleaning of the rims or rotors, nor does it include excessive adjustment.
DISC BRAKE SERVICE - £25 (EACH BRAKE)
Bleed if needed.
Each brake will be centred and adjusted. The rotors will be cleaned and degreased, and brake pads will be checked and replaced or cleaned as needed. Cabling will be lubricated as needed or replaced.
GEAR SERVICE - £30
Gears will be tuned and indexed where applicable. Derailleur systems will have limit screws set, and the alignment
of the rear mech hanger will be checked. Cables will be replaced as needed.
GEAR SERVICE W. DRIVECHAIN DEGREASE - £40
In addition to a gear service, the drivechain will be removed and put through our parts washer to get it super
clean. The gears will then be serviced as per a gear service. Allow a budget for an inner cable or two.
WHEEL TRUE - £15
When truing a wheel we always aim to get within 2mm. Truing a wheel will often include tensioning the spokes.
WHEEL FITTING - £5
Wheels will be fitted along with rim tape, tyre and tube. Brakes will be checked, and gears if it is a rear. Tyres will be inflated.
TYRE FITTING - £10
Tyres will be fitted taking note of the rotation direction if applicable, and inflated to the recommended pressure.
TUBELESS SETUP - £15
Tubeless rim tape and sealant installed as needed and charged for accordingly. Tyres checked and inflated.
PUNCTURE REPAIR - £14
We feel that patches and plugs are very much a get-you-home fix.
Done while you wait only, (we can’t store bikes for small jobs due to a lack of space). Cost of replacement inner tube is included.
EXTRAS & ADDITIONS
Our service prices include the cost of installing parts at a suitable level for the service. A basic service would include the labour of fitting brake pads, and a general service a chain and cassette for example.
If additional work is needed it will be charged for accordingly. This includes the cleaning of excessively dirty bikes and parts, the installation of bearings, and surcharges for internal cabling to reflect the extra time taken.
